Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 44 mechanical food-service refrigerator-freezers under NSN 4110-01-542-4286. The requirement consists of three purchase requests: one unit, 41 units, and two units. Alternate parts will not be accepted; the bidder must identify the commercial and part numbers offered. The solicitation identifies Avanti Products Inc. part numbers RA305SST-1 and RA31B3S as technical references and states that R134A and R404A are the currently approved refrigerants for shipboard food-service equipment; R290A is not approved for this application. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E, marking with MIL-STD-129, and the applicable DLA packaging requirements. Quotes must include a realistic delivery schedule and be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
