Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting one new, unused tractor with an enclosed heated operator cabin. The tractor must meet detailed specifications, including four-wheel drive, a diesel engine rated at no more than 35 kW, a rear PTO, hydraulic connections, and rollover protection. Bidders must provide manufacturer-issued technical documentation demonstrating compliance, manufacturer authorization to sell and service the tractor, and evidence of an authorized service center in North Macedonia with more than two service technicians. The offer must also include the required registration documentation and manufacturer catalogue, brochure, or technical data sheet. The tractor must be delivered within 30 calendar days of the written order, with a minimum 12-month warranty and spare-parts availability for at least seven years. The solicitation requests a company profile, registration certificate, information on ongoing projects, offer-validity confirmation, service-center evidence, manufacturer authorization, technical compliance information, manufacturer technical literature, delivery and warranty confirmations, and completed quotation and technical-financial offer forms. The award is to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
