Description
UNDP seeks a national legal entity to supply four complete haymaking equipment packages for herder groups and cooperatives. Each package includes an agricultural tractor, hay mower, hay rake, mini square baler, bale loader or conveyor system, and handheld grass cutter. Equipment must be new, manufactured in 2025 or later, suitable for Mongolian conditions, and supplied with accessories, tools, manuals, warranties, and technical documentation. The contractor must deliver, install, test, commission, and hand over the equipment, and provide on-site operational and maintenance training in each of the four target aimags. The scope also includes warranty and after-sales support, spare-parts availability, and a minimum 12-month warranty. The contract duration is four months. The quotation must include a company profile, registration and financial information, relevant experience, technical proposal and equipment specifications, and a financial offer using the provided forms.
