Description
Broome County, New York, as lead agency for CoreTrust Purchasing Group, is soliciting proposals for a cooperative master agreement covering residential waste carts, commercial front-load and rear-load steel containers, roll-off dumpsters, compactor receiver containers, specialty bins, parts, accessories, and related services. The agreement is intended to support participating agencies nationwide. RFID and related technology, including data systems, software, analytics, route optimization tools, and subscription services, are optional rather than required for responsiveness or award. The agreement has a three-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals, for a maximum of five consecutive years. Suppliers must complete and submit the Section O Cost Proposal Workbook in Excel; supplier price lists cannot substitute for the workbook. The signed Addendum No. 4 acknowledgment must be returned with the proposal, and the latest addendum changes the closing date to October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Insurance policies or certificates are not required at bid opening, although exceptions to the insurance requirements must be addressed in the response. The solicitation may make an all-or-none award.
