Description
The State of Wyoming is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of one 2026 Diamond C Workhorse dual-tandem, 8-foot-by-16-foot gooseneck deck-over hydraulic dump trailer. The trailer must meet detailed minimum specifications, including a 25,000-pound minimum GVWR, dual 10,000-pound axles, hydraulic dump equipment, three-way dump gate, tarp system, ramps, tires and spare, tool box, battery and charging systems, lighting, safety equipment, and specified finishing requirements. Equivalent products may be offered where permitted, and all standard and factory-installed equipment must be included or exceptions noted. The bid also requests separate pricing for listed options, including hydraulic jacks with lithium battery and solar charging upgrades, a wireless bed-control remote, additional D-rings, a gas-powered telescopic hydraulic lift cylinder, a solar battery charger, a heavy-duty floor upgrade, and rear stabilizer drop legs. Transportation charges must be prepaid. The completed bid form and an order specification sheet identifying the proposed make and model must be uploaded through the Public Purchase online bidding system in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format. Post-delivery payment paperwork includes a notarized Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, a Wyoming Sales and Use Tax Statement, and two copies of an itemized invoice or factory line-setting ticket.
