Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for one-time ultrasonic testing of the LC42 and LC43 land-crane rails at Dry Dock 6, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. The quotation must be priced in Japanese yen, and the resulting performance period is 75 calendar days from the date of award. Quotes will be evaluated on price, with award intended for the lowest-priced responsive and responsible offeror meeting the ultrasonic-equipment-operator certification requirement. The submission package must include the completed SF 1449, any amendment acknowledgments, completed representations and certifications, and IRS Form W-14 if applicable. The solicitation requires CMMC Level 1 (Self) status before award for systems processing, storing, or transmitting federal contract information or controlled unclassified information.
