The World Resources Institute seeks a consultant, firm, or consortium to provide integrated strategic communications support for the Food & Land Use Coalition. The work includes communications strategy and execution for report launches and milestone events; report design coordination, including external-agency management, timelines, budgets, and branding; media strategy, messaging, outreach, and amplification; digital strategy and social media planning and execution; event communications; internal communications; country-focused content amplification; brand-toolkit development and training; translation support; digital asset development; audience segmentation; performance monitoring; and coordination with coalition partners, suppliers, and digital influencers. Specific activities include support for the Re-WIRE 2.0 and sustainable, healthy diets report launches, communications support for COP 31 in Antalya, Türkiye, and development of country factsheets and Stories of Transformation content. The assignment is expected to run from November through December 2026. Proposals must include a statement of interest, methodology or work plan, financial proposal in U.S. dollars, team-member CVs, examples of similar assignments, two references, proof of registration and tax compliance, evidence of absence of debts, and a completed conflict-of-interest declaration. Evaluation weights are relevant experience and expertise at 50%, methodology and work plan at 30%, and cost at 20%.
