Description
The U.S. Embassy Manila is requesting a firm-fixed-price quotation from an official hotel representative or an entity with legal authority to represent the hotel. The requirement supports two LEGAT HUMINT training sessions in Makati City and includes deluxe single-occupancy rooms for a minimum of 44 and maximum of 53 room-nights across two sessions: October 19–24, 2026, and October 26–31, 2026. The hotel must be within 3 kilometers of Dohle Haus in Makati City, be Philippine Department of Tourism-accredited and at least four-star or equivalent, and meet specified room, housekeeping, security, emergency-preparedness, accessibility, sanitation, internet, work-area, wellness, and guest-rating requirements. The quotation must also address a conference package including function-room use, meals, equipment, and materials, as well as airport-to-hotel and return transportation by car or van for the two training periods. Offers must include the completed Standard Form 18, completed technical-specifications spreadsheet, applicable FAR/DOSAR clauses and representations, evidence of an established business with a permanent address and telephone listings in the Philippines, and evidence of authority to represent the hotel. Quotations must be submitted in English by email in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or PDF format, with each email/file under 10 MB.
