Description
The United Nations Development Programme is soliciting construction works for resilient, multi-purpose water-supply systems in Machubo Administrative Post. The scope includes water-supply infrastructure with boreholes, geophysical studies, solar-powered pumping, elevated concrete tanks, distribution piping, public fountains, residential connections, fencing, and related control and protection works. The project also includes construction of a sanitary block at a secondary school, including an elevated tank, solar panels, pumping and plumbing systems, sanitation fixtures, electrical works, and wastewater facilities. Additional work covers cleaning and rehabilitating primary and secondary drainage channels, installing drainage crossings, and providing drainage gates. Bidders must submit technical and price proposals, a priced Bill of Quantities in PDF and Excel formats, qualification and experience documentation, key-personnel CVs and certificates, equipment evidence, financial statements, and mandatory bid security. The maximum subcontracting allowance is 30% of the contract value.
