The Brentwood Union School District is proposing to increase statutory school facility fees imposed on new residential and commercial/industrial construction, pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995. A public hearing will be held on May 8, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the District Service Center, 255 Guthrie Lane, Brentwood, CA 94513, to allow for public comment prior to the Board of Education's consideration of the fee increase. The fee justification study is available for public review on the district's website from April 26, 2024 through May 8, 2024.
