Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply for placement on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction work required by the Department of National Defence at 19 Wing Comox and its satellite sites in British Columbia. The OCSL will cover three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers may apply at any time, but are encouraged to submit by March 4, 2026. Applications must be submitted through MERX, and applicants must indicate their preferred official language (English or French). The OCSL will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Tenders will be invited electronically through MERX, and bidders must be registered on the OCSL to participate. The solicitation also includes provisions for set-asides for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) and may require security clearances such as Designated Organization Screening (DOS) or Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the SECRET level.
