Description
The City of St. John's is establishing a Roster Framework for Snow Removal Services. Submissions that meet pre-qualification criteria will be accepted and placed on a roster. City staff will use this roster to solicit competitive quotations for specific projects. Two rosters will be maintained: one for small snow removal operations and another for large snow removal operations. Suppliers must submit for each category they wish to be considered for. Pre-qualified suppliers will be contacted on a rotating basis for a Second-Stage Competitive Process (Request for Quotations - RFQ) for snow removal projects, which will require lump sum pricing and potentially short quote response times (12-24 hours). Successful bidders will be approved to proceed shortly after the quote deadline and will be required to commence work as outlined in the RFQ.
