Description
The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking comprehensive public diplomacy event management support services. The requirement is classified under NAICS 561990, All Other Support Services, and is intended to support events conducted at the embassy. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period with two one-year option periods, if exercised. The Government anticipates an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract and expects to make an award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The notice is a pre-solicitation and states that the solicitation is not yet ready for issuance. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management at the time of proposal submission.
