Description
The District School Board of Niagara is seeking submissions to pre-qualify Vendors of Record for the supply and delivery of awards and other student achievement recognition items on an as-needed basis. The scope includes medals for sporting and academic events, trophies, plaques, engraving, magnets, rings, pins, crests, acrylic awards, crystal and glass awards, sculptures, certificate holders, and other related items. The procurement includes Section A for core pricing on specific award items and Section B for minimum discounts off catalogue pricing on additional items. The board intends to award one vendor for Section A and may add additional pre-qualified vendors for Section B throughout the contract term. There is no guarantee of purchases, and suppliers may be pre-qualified in multiple categories. The existing athletic award ribbon contract expires February 19, 2025, and its scope may be incorporated into this contract at the board's discretion.
