Description
S. Burnett & Associates Limited is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a net-metered rooftop solar photovoltaic project serving the Whitesand First Nation Multiplex, Curling Club, and Elders Complex. The solicitation includes the description of works, specifications, hydro billing data, a feasibility study, as-built drawings, site photos, general terms and conditions, a Form of Proposal, and a CCDC-2 agreement with general conditions of contract. Proposals will be evaluated on price, completion schedule, health and safety protocols, the proposed approach to solar PV design and costing, and contractor qualifications and experience with similar projects. A non-mandatory but strongly recommended site visit will include a general building inspection, including electrical panels. The lowest-priced proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
