Portable Solar Generators and Power Banks

The Government of Prince Edward Island is establishing a three-year standing offer for portable solar generators and solar power banks for emergency response activities. The procurement covers 300W–400W solar generators with panels, 400W–600W solar generators with panels, and 30,000 mAh solar power banks. Quantities are estimates, purchases are made as needed, and no business volume is guaranteed; individual items may be awarded to multiple vendors. Mandatory requirements include specified power output, battery capacity, charging inputs and outputs, portability, safety protections, Canadian safety compliance, solar charging capability, operating-temperature performance, and minimum warranties. Proposals are evaluated on product requirements, customer reviews, guaranteed delivery date, and pricing. Equipment must be delivered within 21 days after receipt of a purchase order. Vendors must complete the provided submission workbook and submit the required PDF documents through the Euna Procurement Platform.
