Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for 42 feet of seamless aluminum-alloy metallic tubing, NSN 4710-00-052-6283. The tubing must have a 0.381-inch outside diameter, 0.074-inch wall thickness, T6 temper, and 10–12-foot random lengths, conforming to the specified technical data and referenced SAE standards. Continuous product and lot-number marking are required. The requirement includes metal certification documentation and packaging, marking, inspection, and acceptance requirements. Delivery is required within 245 days after order, FOB origin, with a quantity variance of plus or minus 10 percent. The solicitation is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside; quotations must be submitted through the designated electronic bid system.
