Description
Mount Olive Public Library is seeking bids for Managed Internal Broadband Services to maintain existing Category 2 network equipment. The requested equipment includes five Ubiquiti UniFi U7-LITE-US wireless access points, one Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Key Controller Gen2 Plus (UCK-G2-SSD), and three Zyxel GS1920-8HPV2 eight-port PoE switches. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001472, include the vendor's SPIN, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable local and state procurement requirements. The library may consider multi-year contracts, voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, and variable contract terms; any extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contracts must address discontinuation of E-Rate funding, and the library wants flexibility to add or remove services as business needs change.
