Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a commercially available book and audiobook point-plan subscription supporting 63 Air Force library locations, including remote and isolated installations. The contractor must provide monthly books and audiobooks, new releases, current best sellers, back-catalog titles, selection lists, pre-publication information, and access to a web-based review and selection system with individual librarian logins and multi-library ordering capabilities. The contractor must provide all required personnel, materials, packaging, shipping, transportation, administration, and supervision. The requirement includes real-time stock checks, delivery to libraries and APO addresses, replacement of items received in error or unacceptable condition at no additional cost, dedicated customer service representatives, and platform credentials for testing. The contract has one 12-month base period and is evaluated using lowest-price technically acceptable procedures.
