Description
The Village of Highland Falls is seeking an engineering firm to provide surveying, soil investigation, wetland delineation, permitting, preliminary and final bridge design, right-of-way incidental and acquisition services, construction support, and full-time construction inspection for demolition and replacement of the Water Storage Access Road Bridge over Highland Brook. Work must comply with AASHTO specifications, NYSDOT standards, and applicable environmental and design guidelines. The anticipated preliminary design start is October 2026, with letting expected in January 2027 and construction completion by December 2027. The anticipated construction cost is approximately $1,400,000. Interested firms must submit an SF-330 or similar expression of interest, with recent firm and project information, resumes, project organization, approach, relevant project references, and applicable D/M/WBE/SDVOB or equal-opportunity information. Six copies are required, and additional pages are limited to 10 beyond the SF-330 instructions.
