Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting offers from eligible holders of the Government of Canada Workspaces Supply Arrangement for Category 2 Work Surface Products. The requirement is for fixed-height, rectangular flip-top training tables measuring approximately 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep and 29 inches high, with laminate work surfaces, painted-metal modesty panels and supports, hard plastic wheeled casters including at least two locking casters, and no grommets or cable management. Products must meet the specified ANSI/BIFMA e3 Furniture Sustainability Standard minimum Level 2 requirement. The contractor must provide the furniture, delivery, and installation, including unloading, transport to the designated room, assembly, cleanup, minor adjustments, and post-installation inspection support. Offers must include the completed Offer Submission Form, Offeror Declaration Form, financial offer, product and pricing information, available finishes, and any required technical information. Only Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners that hold the relevant Workspaces Supply Arrangement are eligible.
