Description
Kaufman County is soliciting bids for an annual supply contract for solid-wall polypropylene culverts with smooth interiors and annular-corrugated exteriors. Required sizes range from 12-inch to 60-inch diameters, all at 20-foot lengths, for stormwater drainage and culvert applications. The pipe must meet the stated ASTM F2881, ASTM F1417, and AASHTO M330 requirements for material properties and joint performance. The initial contract term is 12 months beginning October 27, 2026, with two additional 12-month renewal options. Respondents must provide unit pricing, minimum order information, references, required signed solicitation forms, and the specified hard-copy and digital submission package. The solicitation also requires delivery pricing on an FOB destination basis to Kemp, Texas.
