Description
Kids Peace Corporation is seeking an internet service provider for its Orchard Hills Campus. The required service is at least 1 Gbps internet access, available continuously, with a direct handoff to the owner's existing local area network, connectivity to the main distribution frame, a single-mode fiber handoff, full-duplex operation, support for specified network protocols, and connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers. The provider must supply and maintain necessary premise equipment, monitor the circuit, provide pricing with and without a managed router, and include requested static IP addresses. The proposal must separately identify eligible and ineligible E-Rate services and equipment, recurring and nonrecurring costs, installation and transition costs, taxes and surcharges, and growth pricing for bandwidth upgrades. The initial contract term is one year beginning July 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Responses must include the required pricing, service agreement, respondent information, acknowledgement form, references, qualifications, and implementation plan when applicable. Special-construction proposals must also include the specified route and cost documentation.
