Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a firm-fixed-price service contract covering preventative maintenance and support for the Automated Logic Control Building Management System at Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The requirement includes 24 scheduled eight-hour preventative-maintenance visits annually during normal business hours, system diagnostics and performance verification, sensor calibration, database backups, software and driver updates, alarm and locked-point reports, graphics review, trending and control-loop optimization, detailed service reports, and onsite operator training. The contractor must provide OEM-certified technicians, 24/7/365 online and onsite emergency response, phone response within two hours, onsite emergency response within four hours when required, and a field service engineer for onsite repairs within 72 hours. Repairs outside the service agreement require separate authorization. The contemplated performance period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with four option years.
