Description
The Manchester Housing Authority is soliciting written quotes for the Elderly 667-01 Newport Park Development project. This project involves the selective replacement of original hardware with new ADA compliant hardware. Additionally, original locksets will be replaced, and new lockboxes will be installed for emergency access. The estimated cost for this work is $49,969.34. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A(2)(B) and state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted via email to Jessica Juncker at jjuncker@vancestein.com by 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 6th, 2026. Written quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 10th, 2026. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid) and all quotes shall be prepared and submitted online at Projectdog.com. Hard copy quotes will not be accepted.
