The Centre de services scolaire de Sorel-Tracy is soliciting bids for the roof replacement of the north roof at Centre Bernard-Gariepy, located at 5105, boulevard des Étudiants in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec. The work includes the replacement of three (3) basins. The contract period is estimated at 2 months, with work expected to begin on September 21, 2026, and be completed by October 23, 2026. Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including holding necessary qualifications, having an establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, holding a valid Revenu Québec attestation, not being registered in the RENA, and complying with the Charter of the French language. A bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid amount (excluding taxes) is required. A site visit is scheduled for August 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
