Description
The School Board of Brevard County is soliciting one or more manufacturers, distributors, or authorized dealers for a catalog-discount contract covering student, athletic, performing arts, JROTC, career and technical education, public-service academy, and specialty-program uniforms and related apparel. The scope includes accessories, insignia, footwear, garment bags, costumes, protective workwear, and other catalog products, supplied on an as-needed basis at fixed percentage discounts. T-shirt suppliers are excluded because they are covered under a separate solicitation. The awarded vendors must provide delivery throughout the district, customer support, sizing assistance, catalogs and ordering information, warranty support, and customization services such as screen printing, embroidery, heat-transfer graphics, sublimation, sewn lettering and numbering, name personalization, school logos, mascots, and program branding. Responses must include company and catalog information, applicable manufacturer authorizations, shipping and delivery policies, return and exchange procedures, warranty information, customization capabilities, three references including at least two K-12 school districts or governmental agencies, and relevant projects or contracts completed within the last three years. The initial contract term is three years with up to one optional two-year renewal period; no minimum purchase volume is guaranteed.
