Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal is soliciting a firm-fixed-price order for 405 hand pump assemblies, NSN 4320-01-201-0814, Part Number 9338160, plus a 100% unexercised option quantity. The requirement is limited to active BOAST Basic Ordering Agreement holders, and an executed BOA must be in place before the closing date. The item is export controlled; access to the Technical Data Package requires current Joint Certification Program certification. The government will evaluate proposals on price only and may award without discussions. The goods must be delivered within the government's objective of 500 calendar days after receipt of order, updated from 270 days. Requirements include origin inspection and acceptance, FOB destination, military Level B packaging, light and heavy phosphate coating, configuration-management documentation, and potential Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Variance, and Notices of Revision. Submission consists solely of the completed and signed pricing sheet; no separate technical proposal is required.
