Description
The Pan American Health Organization is seeking a service contractor to coordinate implementation of a national WHO-AIMS assessment of Trinidad and Tobago's mental health system. The work includes developing a data-collection plan, obtaining approvals, conducting a stakeholder orientation workshop, coordinating regional and national data collection, administering the assessment, validating and analyzing quantitative and qualitative information, and documenting results using the WHO-AIMS methodology. Required deliverables are an inception report containing the work plan and data-collection plan, an orientation-workshop report, an interim report containing the completed WHO Mental Health Assessment tool and Excel spreadsheet, and a final completed WHO-AIMS report. The revised terms of reference identify deliverable due dates from November 24, 2026, through February 8, 2027. The contractor must have at least a bachelor's degree in social sciences, psychology, public health, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, and experience with health assessments, mental health or public health, stakeholder coordination, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Technical and financial proposals and a curriculum vitae are required.
