Description
The Wyoming Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Division seeks a comprehensive campaign to explain the state’s Behavioral Health Redesign, clarify eligibility for the Behavioral Health Center Full Benefit Plan, and help residents and community partners understand how to access or refer people to services. Work includes a communications strategy and project plan; a unified brand identity and style guide; plain-language educational materials; partner outreach toolkits; print and digital campaign assets; tailored email copy and templates; and distribution to stakeholder networks. Some public-facing materials must be available in English and Spanish, and digital deliverables must meet WCAG Level AA and Section 508 accessibility standards. The vendor must also provide campaign outcome metrics and adaptable files for the Agency’s ongoing use. Traditional broadcast and mass-media purchasing is not sought.
