Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for the removal and disposal of two existing, nonfunctional cellular repeater systems and the installation of two new fully operational systems, or one centralized system serving both buildings. The work includes antennas, amplifiers, cabling, mounting hardware, ancillary equipment, and all necessary labor, services, materials, and equipment. The new system must provide reliable 4G and 5G voice and data coverage for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other carriers throughout Buildings 522 and 523; include frequency conditioning, automatic isolation detection, and automatic shutoff; use nonpenetrating rooftop mounts capable of withstanding hurricane-force winds; and comply with applicable OEM installation requirements and safety, electrical, and building codes. The contractor must perform post-installation functional testing with the Government, provide qualified and certified technicians, and complete the work within 30 calendar days after award. No security clearance is required, but non-U.S. citizens may not perform the services.
