Description
The Town of Davie Utilities Department is seeking a vendor to provide new, unused fire hydrants meeting specified manufacturer and item-number requirements. The solicitation lists three hydrant line items, with quantities of three each, and prohibits substitutions. Quoted prices must include packaging and delivery; items must be delivered within 20 calendar days of order, with an absolute delivery limit of 30 days, FOB destination. The quote must include manufacturer and dealer warranty information. The solicitation also requires completion of the electronic vendor submission, including pricing, ownership and eligibility information, three similar client references, vendor questionnaires and certifications, applicable licenses or certifications, proof of insurance, business registration, W-9 information as applicable, and any exceptions. The contract has an initial one-year term with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement.
