Description
The Defense Health Agency is soliciting 12 patient warming systems under RFQ HT940626QE097. The requested product is the 3M Bair Hugger Temperature Management Unit, Model 67505, 240V-EU-F2, or an equal product meeting the stated functionality, clinical application, and expendable compatibility requirements. The system must provide adjustable airflow, hose-end temperature sensing, high/medium/low and ambient temperature settings, a 0.2-micron-or-better air filter, audible and visual over-temperature alarms, an integrated hour meter, and front-panel fault-code reporting. It must operate natively on 220–240 VAC at 50 Hz or support dual-voltage 110/220/240 VAC at 50/60 Hz, with a European-style power cord. The equipment must be new, not used or remanufactured, and include English operator and maintenance manuals in both paper and electronic formats, plus a vendor statement of warranty terms. The vendor is responsible for secure transport, customs clearance, export compliance, transit logistics, delivery coordination, and offloading. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after award, and the vendor must support replacement parts and remote technical assistance throughout the equipment’s lifecycle. Quotes must include technical product documentation, delivery and installation information, pricing by contract line item, a signed and dated SF 1449, acknowledgment of Amendment 0001, and a statement holding the quote firm for at least 90 days.
