Description
QatarEnergy is soliciting a contractor to provide wellhead cutting and related services for plug-and-abandonment wells supporting its onshore operations in Qatar. The scope includes pre-job site visits, site-condition assessment, cellar excavation and enlargement, wellhead cutting below flanges through the conductor and inner casings, backfilling, installation of cement-block covers, and permanent welding of identification plates marked with the applicable well name. The contractor must provide specialized personnel, tools, equipment, and associated services, including a diamond wire saw machine, pressure gauges, pickup trucks, a hydraulic mobile crane, and an air-conditioned self-driven office portacabin. Required deliverables include a pre-job cutting program demonstrating equipment suitability and a final job report documenting tools used, casing grades, operational details, and post-cut wellhead photographs. Services will be performed on a call-off basis, with a stated contract duration of 63 months, including three months for initial mobilization and inspection. Suppliers must register on the Mushtaryat portal, complete supplier registration and Know Your Supplier requirements, purchase the tender document, and submit the required compliance response through the portal; the actual ITT controls detailed submission requirements.
