Description
The City of Little Rock Fleet Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide E10 87-octane unleaded gasoline containing no more than 10% ethanol and red-dyed No. 2 ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel. The vendor must deliver fuel to all 13 fueling stations serving city vehicles, maintain each site at a minimum fuel level of 20%, and ensure delivered fuel pricing does not exceed the daily average OPIS price. Delivery documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and invoices, must identify the required fuel specifications. The submission must include a Statement of Qualifications responding to all Scope of Work questions, proof of insurance, the completed and signed Combined Certification for Contracting with the City of Little Rock form, required online yes/no certifications, the online pricing sheet, and any applicable business license or joint-venture affidavit. The pricing sheet must be completed online in the submission portal.
