Description
The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is conducting market research to determine an acquisition strategy for sleep studies. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if there are a sufficient number of small businesses capable of performing the requirements. The medical center requires the use of the WatchPAT, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive home sleep apnea testing device designed to assess sleep architecture and identify sleep-disordered breathing events. The system utilizes peripheral arterial tone (PAT) signal technology, along with oximetry, actigraphy, and heart rate variability, to accurately detect apneas, hypopneas, and related respiratory disturbances.
