Description
Metropolitan Community College is soliciting bids for Microsoft education licensing subscriptions and associated licensing services. The requested products include Power BI Pro, Microsoft 365 Copilot Education, Microsoft Teams Phone Standard, Power Automate Premium, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro for EDU, Microsoft 365 A3 and A5 subscriptions, Office 365 A1, and SharePoint advanced management. The contractor must provide genuine Microsoft licenses through an authorized education licensing program; assist with assignment and provisioning in the college’s Microsoft 365 tenant; coordinate Microsoft support escalations; provide renewal notifications and true-up assistance; maintain licensing compliance; and provide documentation of subscriptions, quantities, enrollment information, and renewal dates. No substitutions are allowed. Pricing is requested for a one-time purchase with a renewal agreement from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028.
