Description
Richland School District 400 is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category 1 Wide Area Network transport services between district facilities. The requirements include 14 fiber strands of leased dark fiber and eight leased lit-fiber connections with capacities ranging from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps; installation and initial configuration are required for both service requests. Providers must maintain compliance with Schools and Libraries Division requirements, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), follow Washington State procurement laws, and submit a straightforward proposal without excessive marketing material. Proposals must address the requested services and comply with the RFP's bidding instructions; email submissions are expressly prohibited.
