Description
The U.S. Department of State anticipates issuing a Request for Quotation for fleet vehicle insurance covering approximately 130 vehicles per year serving U.S. Mission Italy in Rome, Naples, Florence, and Milan. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price, with a one-year base period and one option year. Interested firms must email a letter of interest and the specified company and contact details, addresses, and proof of registration in Italy’s IVASS/RUI database by November 7, 2026, to receive the solicitation package when it becomes available. Offerors must be authorized to operate and do business in Italy and registered in the System for Award Management before submitting an offer. The solicitation is not yet available; the pre-quotation conference date will be provided in the solicitation. The notice also states that electronic responses are allowed and that offer emails should not exceed 25 MB.
