Description
The Academy for Technology and the Classics is seeking bids for internet access and data transmission service with a requested capacity range of 1–5 Gbps. The school currently has 1 Gbps of fiber and is interested in comparing service quotes. The Form 470 also indicates installation and initial configuration are requested. Bidders may quote a 12-, 24-, or 36-month term agreement, each including two voluntary extension options. Quantities are estimates. Responses must identify and cost-allocate all ineligible services, components, fees, and functionality; include estimated fees and taxes; and provide pricing valid for E-rate purposes for up to six months. The solicitation states that spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
