Description
The State of New Mexico is seeking proposals to lease approximately 4,963 leasable square feet (4,316 usable square feet) of office space for the Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors. The initial lease term is 20 years. Proposals may offer existing space, build-to-suit space, or a combination, and must meet the specified geographic boundaries, space plan, accessibility, building, telecommunications, security, parking, and other mandatory requirements. The lessor must provide an all-inclusive/full-service lease, including utilities and janitorial services, and is responsible for ongoing building and system maintenance. The agency's requirements include security and camera systems, furnishings and equipment for designated areas, and recurring janitorial and maintenance services. The proposal must include the completed Proposal Form and cost proposal, required references and financial information, a bid bond, and the listed supporting forms and property documents. Proposals must be submitted as hard copies; electronic submissions are not accepted.
