Description
Dolton Public Library District is soliciting proposals for Category One and Category Two E-Rate services for the 2027–2028 funding year. The scope includes internet access and data transmission with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps; installation, construction, testing, acceptance, project management, service-level support, and SPI invoicing; firewall equipment, components, software, and licenses; firewall maintenance; and ongoing management, monitoring, optimization, security updates, troubleshooting, repairs, reporting, documentation, and remote and on-site technical support for existing internal broadband equipment. Proposals may offer one-, three-, or five-year contract options, with longer terms allowing bandwidth upgrades. Pricing must itemize eligible and ineligible costs, identify equipment make, model, SKU, licenses, installation, testing, taxes, fees, and shipping, and include the bidder’s SPIN. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding, and proposed equipment and services must comply with FCC national-security and supply-chain restrictions. The completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet is required with the proposal; pricing sheets alone are not acceptable.
