Description
Howell Public Schools is soliciting bids for FY27 E-Rate telecommunications services. The scope includes a 6 Gbps Internet access connection at the Howell Administration Building/Highlander Way Middle School location, with a description of DDoS protection, and a 1 Gbps lit fiber service connecting that location to six additional school buildings. Installation and initial configuration are identified as required for the Category 1 service requests. The service period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, although multi-year proposals are acceptable. Bidders must identify eligible and ineligible products or services separately, include their USF Service Provider Identification Number, explain any deviations from specifications, and provide pricing on a unit-price basis. The submission must include the required signature page, sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Affidavit, and sworn and notarized Iran Linked Business Affidavit.
