Description
Myrtle Point School District 41 is soliciting proposals for two service categories: high-speed Dedicated Internet Access and leased lit fiber, leased dark fiber, or a combination for WAN transport among designated district sites. Proposed services must support scalable bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps, dedicated and symmetrical connectivity where applicable, managed electronics, monitoring, service restoration, and stringent service-level commitments, including 99.99% network availability, latency, jitter, packet-loss, outage-response, and restoration requirements. The scope may include special construction, fiber pathway design, permitting, installation, conduit and handhole work, building entry and demarcation, labeling, as-built documentation, and network diagrams and geographic fiber pathway maps. Proposers may bid on one or both service types, and the District may make partial awards. Responses must include a service description, SLA, implementation timeline, demarcation details, network diagram and fiber pathway map, sample contract, three similar-project references from the past five years, pricing, and the specified attachments. The proposal is limited to 50 pages, with attachments excluded from that limit, and must be submitted electronically in PDF, DOCX, and/or XLSX format through the designated portal.
