Description
Tarrant County is soliciting bids for three commercial walk-in ovens for the Lon Evans Corrections Center. Bidders must provide all three ovens and bid on all items, including delivery, uninstallation and removal of the existing equipment, and installation of the replacements. The ovens must be double-rack rotating units operating on a 275,000-BTU gas system, with a Type I hood and grease filters listed to UL 710, compliance with NFPA 96, and a prison security package. Responses must include warranty information, electrical and gas system requirements, a vendor quote form, and detailed product specifications. The awarded vendor will provide all labor and materials and coordinate installation scheduling with the County's Facilities point of contact.
