Description
The City seeks a four-year operating lease for 150 lithium-battery golf cars with GPS, two beverage carts, one gas-powered driving-range cart, one gas-powered utility cart, and one four-seat lithium-battery golf car with a bag rack and GPS. The golf cars and beverage carts require specified accessories and safety features, including GPS tracking and course navigation, regenerative and automatic braking, and written documentation of GPS data retention and lithium-battery fire-suppression safety. Proposals must include equipment pricing and lease options, the lease percentage rate, and an amortization schedule. The successful vendor must remove and transport the existing Yamaha equipment and deliver and have the new equipment operating by March 1, 2027. The proposal must include a list of five golf courses supplied with similar equipment in the past five years, a description of the firm's relevant experience over the past five years, and signed City forms. The solicitation includes a proposal form and forms for Title VI information, a business tax and license affidavit, and a drug-free workplace affidavit. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and employers' liability.
