Description
The City seeks one or more vendors to provide a catalog of work-appropriate apparel for employees, including polo shirts, button-down shirts, tunics, cardigans, and fleece pullovers or jackets. Catalogs should identify available standard, tall, and extended sizes, as applicable. Vendors must provide apparel bearing approved City, department, or division logos and describe available logo application methods. Proposals must include samples, photographs, or other materials demonstrating branding quality; the addendum clarifies that these materials need not display City logos and may be representative of the vendor's capabilities. The requested services also include order fulfillment, tracking upon request, customer service, and descriptions of return and exchange procedures, fees, turnaround times, and sizing assistance. On-site fittings and sample apparel are to be provided upon request, but a comprehensive size chart or size run is acceptable instead. A web-based ordering platform is optional and will not be evaluated. The City prefers a consistent fixed-percentage markup across the catalog, with all additional charges disclosed. Purchases will be made as needed, with no guaranteed minimum order volume. The contract has a one-year initial term and may be renewed for two additional one-year terms by mutual written agreement.
