Description
The City is seeking a complete material and equipment package for steel transmission structures, including structures, arms, brackets, hardware, and anchor bolts, along with drawings and steel calculations. The package must be delivered to the project site, with drop staking included. The project is partially funded by a federal grant, so Build America, Buy America Act requirements apply. Bids will be evaluated based on quality, delivery time, contractor experience, compliance with contract requirements, and applicable federal bidding requirements. A bid security of at least 5% of the bid price is required with the proposal; the successful bidder must provide a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract price at contract execution.
