Submission Instructions
Description
The Summit Center is soliciting proposals for fully managed dedicated Internet access with transport service at its Hazelwood Annex. Proposals must offer dedicated, symmetrical bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 2 Gbps, with service terminating at the building's designated MDF and including the required site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way responsibilities. Offerors must price five static IP addresses and provide router lease options and pricing. Proposals must identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, and any special construction charges, distinguish eligible and ineligible costs, and include applicable taxes and surcharges. Contracted pricing is requested for 36-month and 60-month terms, with optional two additional 12-month extensions; month-to-month offers will also be considered. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027, and proposals must address bandwidth increases, early termination if the location closes, additional-site provisions, price stability, discounted service-provider invoicing, and compliance with applicable communications supply-chain restrictions.
