Description
The County of Burlington is seeking a contractor to furnish all materials, equipment, services, and labor required to construct improvements at Long Bridge Park Playground. The scope includes demolition of existing equipment and park features; earthwork; stormwater management; walkways and trails; play equipment and surfacing; a pavilion; signage; landscaping; irrigation; site furnishings; fencing; and other park appurtenances. Bids must be submitted electronically through the County's procurement platform by the stated deadline. A bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check is required for 10% of the total lump-sum bid, capped at $20,000. A copy of the bid guarantee and consent of surety must be uploaded with the electronic bid, and the original documents must also be delivered by hand, courier, or mail by the deadline. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond within 10 days after award, enter into a Project Labor Agreement, and submit a fully executed Letter of Assent for the required PLA.
